It's a universal App, so buy it on your iPhone, and you'll own it on your Apple TV. Personally, I can't wait to play through Oceanhorn again, so no loss! It might come later, but for now, you'll have to restart your progress on the Apple TV. The only thing missing from the iOS version is iCloud saving.
